All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 CAD
Flat Rate Shipping: Applied to orders under $100 CAD (calculated at checkout)

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.


Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

Ontario: 2–5 business days
Other Canadian provinces: 3–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Rira is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
